About The Publisher
David Corson is the publisher of Commercial Construction & Renovation magazine, which is owned by F & J Publications LLC. A graduate of the University of Denver, he is a veteran of business-to-business publishing. David began his career as a sales representative for Auto & Transportation Interiors, later becoming national sales manager for Display and Design Ideas magazine. He also was the founding publisher of Retail Operations & Construction magazine, before founding Retail Construction Magazine in 2002. In addition, David founded Healthcare Building Ideas in 2004 and Hospitality Construction in 2005. In 2009, he merged all the leading construction titles into Commercial Construction Magazine, which later evolved into Commercial Construction & Renovation.
About The Editor
Michael J. Pallerino is the editor of Commercial Construction & Renovation, the sister publication of Federal Construction Magazine. For the past 24 years, the award-winning writer and editor has garnered numerous honors, including the Jesse H. Neal Editorial Achievement Award, recognized as the Pulitzer Prize for business-to-business magazines. His work has earned national attention from media outlets such as USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, ESPN Magazine, Sports Business Journal, BusinessWeek, CNN, The Atlanta Journal , among others. In addition, Michael co-founded Sporting Kid Publishing, which produced the award-winning Sports Edge, SportingKid and SportingFamily magazines. He is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
